Don't just take our word for it
The exchange was completely hassle-free. I needed a different size and it was sorted quickly, no fuss.
The whole ordering process was smooth. The parcel arrived quickly, beautifully packed, and looked exactly like the photos.
The dress is incredibly soft and flatters the figure perfectly. I wore it once and knew straight away it was a keeper.
The quality really won me over. After several washes everything still looks new.
I ordered two sizes just in case, and sending one back took two minutes. No questions, no waiting.
The colour is exactly as on screen, which almost never happens. A beautiful, deep shade in daylight.
I got compliments the first evening I wore it. Three people asked where it was from.
Delivery was faster than promised and I could track every step. A small thing that makes a difference.
Fits like it was made to measure. I usually have to take in the waist, but not this time.
I had doubts about buying online, but customer service replied within an hour and made everything easy.
